Meet Ashley Joi

Ashley is an all-star trainer. She doesn’t work a traditional nine-to-five job, but she’s still on the go all of the time and can’t always fit in a quality workout or personal care routine. But she’s become a pro at finding time for exercise—wherever she is and whatever she’s doing.

When it comes down to it, Ashley knows it’s all about being flexible with your schedule. “Sometimes you have to get creative and the time may be an hour before you usually wake up, or between work and errands, or push errands back an hour,” she says.

“If you believe you’re worth taking time for, make the time.”

Ashley has three foolproof tips for fitting the most into your day—whether it’s fitting time in for a quick workout, an on-the-go snack or just taking time for yourself.

  1. Make a list of your daily to-dos
  2. Get in 100 core exercises before you brush your teeth
  3. Don’t feel you need to do fast food because of time
